ROLE SUMMARY
This is a field-based sales role focused on developing and managing relationships with golf clubs, resorts, academies, and corporate clients.
You will be responsible for growing your assigned territory, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting VGD's portfolio of premium golf brands and custom apparel solutions.
The role offers a high level of autonomy while being supported by an experienced leadership team and dedicated Sales Administration and Operations functions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Development
• Build and manage a B2B client portfolio across golf clubs, resorts, academies, and corporate clients in Vietnam
• Proactively identify, approach, and develop new client relationships without waiting for leads
• Maintain regular contact with existing clients through visits and follow-ups to ensure repeat business
• Present Wildside Golf collections, PRG, Blue Tees, Sundog and custom apparel to potential clients
Revenue & Pipeline
• Own and deliver monthly revenue targets for the HCM, HN region
• Maintain an accurate, up-to-date sales pipeline logged in AMIS at all times
• Identify opportunities for upselling: new collections, uniform programmes, custom production
• Track and follow up on outstanding payments for own accounts
Order Coordination
• Provide complete written briefs to the Custom team for all custom orders - no verbal-only instructions
• Coordinate with Sales Admin on quotations, documentation, and warehouse coordination
• Ensure clients receive orders on time and follow up on delivery satisfaction
Market Awareness
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and product trends in the Vietnam golf market
• Flag opportunities for VGD presence at golf events, tournaments, and activations in Vietnam.
Provide regular feedback to the Head of Sales on client needs and market conditions
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
First 3 months:
● You have mapped the key golf clubs, resorts, and potential clients across South Vietnam or Hanoi
● You are making regular visits and have initiated relationships with at least 15-20 new prospects
● First deals are closed and logged in AMIS
By month 6:
● You are consistently meeting monthly revenue targets
● You have a live, well-managed pipeline of qualified clients in the South
● VGD and Wildside brands have a growing presence at golf courses and events in HCM, HN
Yêu cầu
Essential:
• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of hitting targets
• Existing network within the golf industry in South Vietnam - golf clubs, resorts, or golf-adjacent corporate clients strongly preferred
• Ability to work independently, manage your own time, and drive results without close supervision
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills - you build trust quickly and follow through consistently
• Comfortable with CRM systems and digital tools; proficient in MS Office
• Based in Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi City
Preferred:
• Background in golf, premium sports apparel, or lifestyle brands
• Experience selling to golf club managers, resort buyers, or corporate procurement teams
• Familiarity with custom apparel or uniform production
English proficiency - written and spoken
Remuneration and Terms
- Attractive remuneration package, and benefits depending on experience and qualification, with outstanding Performance Bonus
- 13th salary
- Holiday: 1 time/year
- Work time: From Monday to Friday (8.00 to 17.00)
- Commencement date to be negotiated, with immediate start preferred
