2. Position Objective
Lead business strategy, product-market growth, client and partner relations, and team development to ensure sustainable growth.
3. Key Responsibility
A. Revenue Management & Profit Optimization
Responsible for achieving the annual revenue target.
Optimize profit margins for each contract, ensuring a P&L (Profit & Loss) strategy aligned with company goals.
Develop contract evaluation criteria to enhance sales efficiency.
B. Client Acquisition &
Business DevelopmentDevelop B2B market expansion strategies, focusing on major brands, agencies, and international corporations. Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to increase upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Build relationships with marketing agencies, production houses, e-commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok, Lazada), as well as KOCs and KOLs to expand the brand's reach and enhance event partnerships.
Manage pipeline through CRM, tracking each stage of the deal closing process.
C. Sales Team Development & Management
Recruit, train, and develop the
Business Development Executive (BDE) team, ensuring they meet individual KPIs.
Conduct monthly training sessions on deal closing, contract negotiation, and sales process optimization.
Establish key performance metrics (Win-rate, AOV, Revenue Growth) to evaluate team performance.
D. Sales Process & Performance Optimization
Develop a professional sales process from lead generation → negotiation → deal closure → after-sales service.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to create campaigns that attract potential clients (Inbound & Outbound Sales).
Provide monthly business performance reports and propose strategic adjustments based on market insights.
4. Requirements
A. Required Qualities & Competencies
Hunter Mindset - Proactively seeks out clients, does not rely on pre-generated leads.
Strategic & Financial Acumen - Not only focused on sales but also on P&L optimization and profit margins.
Strong Industry Network - Well-connected with major brands, agencies, and production houses.
B. Experience & Skills
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Sales/BDM in the Event, Media, or Livestream industry.
Proven track record of closing B2B deals valued between 500 million - 2 billion VND per project.
Hands-on experience with CRM systems for pipeline management and sales process optimization.
Strong contract negotiation and high-value deal-making skills.
Expertise in multi-channel sales development (Digital Sales, Partnerships, Referral Sales).
