BD role:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with current customers
Proactively seek & expand new business opportunities, clients & customers and deliver improvements
Achieve targets & goals. Forecast & track key account metrics & report to BOD or leader team
Handle new projects from BOD assign
Account manager role:
Be initiative in account management tasks: meet up with client, take brief, brainstorming, research brand/consumer insights...
Monitor work progress & keep in contract with clients at all stages (Briefing, proposal, contract, campaign management)
Be highly organized & accountable for deadline, status reports and internal reviews
Predict problems/Risky that may arise & prepare solutions
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Responsible for managing several accounts & make sure of a good flow
Negotiate contracts & close agreements to maximize profits
Lead internal & external meetings
Yêu cầu
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, or related roles.
Proven experience working directly with clients and managing multiple accounts.
Familiarity with marketing operations, influencer/KOL campaigns, or
digital marketing is a strong advantage.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Excellent project management and time-management abilities.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate risks and develop solutions.
Solid negotiation and contract-closing skills.
Ability to prepare briefs, proposals, and performance reports professionally.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable working with reporting tools.
Strong teamwork and collaboration mindset, able to coordinate across internal teams.
Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
