Senior C&B Executive (Warehouse) - People Team, Shopee

Responsible for the entire payroll process, statutory compliance & disbursement of salary on time
Manage benefits for all employees, including compulsory benefits and additional benefits from the company.
Process compulsory insurance including Social Insurance, Health Insurance, and Unemployment Insurance, including making monthly reports of these insurances; monitoring leave records for payment procedure of social insurance allowance
Consolidate timesheet records for payroll
Declare and finalize everything related to Personal Income Tax
Manage the company, medical insurance for employees and dependents
Drive Human Resources compliance projects to local authorities: health check, labour reports to DOLISA etc.
Generate Human Resources reports as requested by Human Resources Manager or regional team
Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
3+ years of experience as a Compensation & Benefit in a large scale of company size (-3000 headcounts)
Good at problem-solving, analyzing, negotiating and communication skills
Accuracy and attention to details
Honesty, integrity, carefulness
Ability to work under high pressure
Proficient in MS Excel, Word and mailing system
Ability to work with a diverse team in different functions and locations
