Quality Control & Compliance
Uphold strict quality control standards during every phase of the technical process.
Ensure all work complies with internal technical requirements, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
Validate that all Eco Tank components are functioning within optimal performance parameters.
Expert Support & Training
Act as a senior point of contact for resolving high-complexity technical escalations.
Provide professional guidance and technical training to junior technicians to elevate team performance.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback on product performance and potential design improvements.

Education & Qualifications
Professional certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics engineering/technical fields.
Senior-level certification specific to Eco Tank systems or equivalent industrial machinery.
Experience & Knowledge
Extensive experience in technical field services, preferably in the printing or industrial equipment sector.
Proven track record in managing complex technical installations and troubleshooting.
Comprehensive understanding of fluid systems, electronic components, and precision maintenance.
