VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF)
Deploy, configure, and manage VMware Cloud Foundation environments across multiple data centers.
Integrate VMware VCF with other cloud services and platforms.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to VCF infrastructure, including compute, network, and storage components.
Automate VMware VCF deployment and lifecycle management.
Manage and optimize VMware vSphere, vSAN, NSX, and vCenter components within a VCF environment.
Additional Integrations
Integrate KVM compute in VCD environment platform.
OpenStack
Design, deploy, and manage OpenStack environments, including compute, network, storage, and identity services.
Troubleshoot and resolve OpenStack-related issues.
Optimize OpenStack performance and resource utilization.
Ensure security and compliance of OpenStack deployments.
Install, configure, and manage OpenStack components such as Nova, Neutron, Cinder, Glance, and Keystone.
Configure and maintain cloud environments based on OpenStack, ensuring scalability, high availability, and performance.
Integrate OpenStack with VMware VCF environments for hybrid cloud solutions.
Automate and streamline OpenStack deployment and operations using tools like Ansible, Puppet, or others.
Cloud Infrastructure
Collaborate with other teams to integrate cloud infrastructure with existing systems and applications.
Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet.
Monitor and analyze cloud infrastructure performance and identify areas for improvement.
Participate in capacity planning and resource allocation.
Stay current with the latest cloud computing technologies and best practices.
Design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions based on VCF and OpenStack best practices.
Ensure security and compliance within the cloud environment, implementing necessary security controls and access management.
Integrate cloud services with enterprise monitoring, logging, and alerting tools.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing cloud infrastructure.
Strong hands-on experience with VMware vSphere, vSAN, NSX, and vRealize Suite.
Solid understanding of OpenStack core components (Compute, Network, Storage, Identity).
Experience with cloud automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet).
Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
Strong understanding of networking concepts (routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs).
Experience with virtualization technologies (virtualization, containers, Kubernetes).
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Bonus Points
Experience with containerization platforms (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with cloud security best practices and tools.
Relevant certifications (e.g., VCP, VCAP, OCA/OCP, AWS/Azure/GCP certifications).
Experience with cloud-native applications and microservices.
