· Oversee the design process from concept to completion, managing timelines and ensuring that designs are executed to the highest standards.
· Engage with clients and operators to understand their vision, functional needs, and aesthetic preferences for their spaces.
· Develop creative design concepts, space plans, color schemes, and mood boards to present to clients for approval.
· Supervise the preparation of detailed floor plans, sections, elevations, and all supportive details using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit) to communicate design intent.
· Supervise the research and selection of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor elements, ensuring they align with the client's vision and budget.
· Ensure that designs are not only aesthetically pleasing but also practical and functional for the intended purpose of the space.
· Present design proposals to clients, explaining concepts, materials, and how the design meets their objectives.
· Conduct site visits to monitor the progress of design implementation, troubleshoot any issues, and ensure adherence to the design vision.
· Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other design professionals to achieve cohesive and well-executed results.
· Stay updated on current design trends, emerging technologies, and new materials, and apply them to ongoing and future projects.
