What you will do
As a Senior Consulting Associate, you will work directly with Project Leads and senior management to deliver high-impact consulting engagements. Your responsibilities include:
Leading one or more workstreams across strategy consulting and fundraising projects.
Developing strategic analyses, client deliverables, and proposal materials.
Working on projects covering Growth Strategy, Market Expansion, Product Launch, M&A, and Capital Raising.
Coaching and mentoring Consulting Associates and Consulting Trainees.
Contributing to kNowHow's professional training programs and knowledge development initiatives.
Who we are looking for
We are seeking candidates who combine strong analytical capabilities with structured problem-solving and a genuine interest in helping businesses address complex strategic questions.
Preferred qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in Strategy Consulting, Deal Advisory, Capital Raising, or related advisory roles at Big 4 or other consulting firms.
Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Think-Cell, Efficient Elements, and other productivity tools.
Excellent English communication skills (IELTS 7.5+ or equivalent).
Previous experience with kNowHow programs is an advantage.
