- Research, analyze, ideate, write, and execute brand elements such as the brand story, brand structure, tagline, tone of voice, and brand personality.
- Capture the brand personality and voice to create key messages, content direction, and content for standard brand materials such as brochures, flyers, and leaflets.
- Write content for a variety of media mediums, including Facebook, Instagram, websites, PR, and news outlets.
- Propose, present, and review creative ideas for promotional communication campaigns.
- Participate in and lead brainstorming sessions.
- Collaborate closely with the creative and account teams for pitch presentations.
- Research and stay updated on new creative marketing trends within the industry and market.
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Proficiency in writing skills.
- Strong English skills, with a minimum IELTS Writing score of 6.0-6.5
- Bachelor's degree in branding communications, journalism, communication, marketing, PR, or related fields.
- 3-4 years of experience in branding, marketing and communications, with a preference for real estate, resort hotels, FMCG, etc.
- Experience working at agencies with a strong focus on branding is a plus.
- Dynamic, creative, proactive, and full of ideas.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva.
- Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
