We are seeking a motivated Social Media Specialist to effectively engage with targeted virtual communities and network users.
Our objective is to achieve exceptional customer engagement, foster intimacy, drive website traffic, and increase revenue through strategic utilization of the social media marketing roadmap.
The ideal candidate should possess a comprehensive understanding of various social media platforms and how to optimize content for maximum engagement.
As a representative of our brand, you will actively participate in relevant conversations, gently promoting our products/services while providing support to existing and potential customers.
Your expertise in social media marketing will be essential in achieving our goals and establishing strong brand connections.
Serve as a point of contact with social communities/groups on Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, forums, and blogs.
Interact with community members and customers in a professional, personable, and timely manner to grow and keep the community alive.
Work with the marketing, creative, and customer experience teams to create high-quality, engaging, relevant, and timely content.
Manage the social media editorial calendar and ensure the content is published by the stipulated deadlines.
Foster and strengthen new relationships with key influencers within the community.
Deploy social listening tools to monitor positive/negative comments and topic trends, and strive to boost engagement and resolve any potential conflicts that may affect brand reputation.
Generate comprehensive reports on overall community sentiment and notable trends and provide meaningful feedback.
Keep up to date with the latest social media trends and emerging social media platforms in the industry.
Yêu cầu
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in content promotion.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field.
Experience in Entertainment/ content marketing (VOD/ OTT preferred).
Strong content planning and strategy skills, with the ability to define and achieve long-term goals.
Advanced writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling and persuasive content for diverse target audiences.
Ability to use advanced analytics tools.
