About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Content Performance Specialist to plan, create, and optimize content across digital channels, driving high-performing marketing campaigns and supporting business growth. This role works closely with Media, Design, Sales, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful and brand-consistent content.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute monthly performance-driven content aligned with business goals.
Write and optimize ad content for Meta, Google, TikTok, Zalo, and more.
Create content for social media, landing pages, email, SMS, and promotional campaigns.
Collaborate with Media & Design for production, A/B testing, and performance optimization (CTR, CPL, CVR, ROAS).
Manage content for new product launches and seasonal campaigns (e.g. Summer, Back to School, Lunar New Year).
Track, analyze, and report content performance; propose improvements.
Support Sales with promotional content, consultation slides, and materials.
Work cross-functionally to ensure quality, consistency, and timely delivery.

Requirements
3-4 years of experience in Content Marketing (digital/education preferred).
Strong copywriting skills across paid media, social, and owned channels.
Solid understanding of performance marketing metrics and ad platforms.
Strong planning, execution, and project management skills.
Creative, proactive, analytical, and results-driven.

Working Time
Shift 1: Mon-Fri, 8:40 AM - 6:30 PM
Shift 2: Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM & Sat morning, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
