Reviewing and editing content for grammar, punctuation, clarity, and accuracy
Ensuring consistency in style, tone, and voice across various types of content
Developing and maintaining the organization's style guide
Collaborating with writers to refine their drafts and providing constructive feedback
Managing the editorial calendar and ensuring timely publication of content across platforms.
Coordinating with other departments to align content with marketing strategies and brand messaging and executing the content creation process to meet deadlines.
Fact-checking and verifying information in documents to ensure credibility
Overseeing the work of junior content writer and providing mentorship
Participating in content strategy meetings to contribute editorial insights
Handling sensitive content with discretion and adhering to confidentiality guidelines
Tracking changes in content management systems and ensuring version control
Assisting in the creation of editorial policies and procedures
Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Position requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Journalism, English or related field.
2+ years of copy-editing experience in publishing preferred
Willingness to collaborate with a creative team of writers, graphic designers, and others
Ability to remain detailed-oriented and focused when processing large amounts of text
Leadership and time management skills.
Basic knowledge of legal issues involved in publishing, such as libel and plagiarism
Proficient Microsoft Office, Google Workplace, OneDrive and Trello-likely
Abilities/ Skills
Logically thinking, creative, able to create ideas and launch innovative marketing campaigns on modern communication channels.
High teamwork spirit & responsibility.
Having highest level of integrity & long-term commitment.
Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese are must.
Ability to take photos, videos and other design software, video editing is an advantage.
Ability to organize work independently as well as a team player, ability to observe and handle problems quickly and effectively
Careful, meticulous, confidential.
