Responsibilities
KMS is on the hunt for a versatile creative associate who can be a thinker, creator, and brand storyteller at the same time. The viable candidate should bring a mix of Mar-Com expertise and a drive to inspire refreshing ideas to the position to take our creativity to a new level and best promote KMS's brand presence in a favorable light.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead brainstorming sessions, develop and produce creative concepts, ideas, messaging, copywriting, and branded materials for the company's branding & marketing campaigns
Build, lead, review and supervise the creative works in the production of all web, print, and digital marketing collateral
Collaborate with all stakeholders/cross-functional teams in developing creative concepts and making materials, analyzing results to meet the designed outcomes
Spearhead and manage creative strategy, guidelines, templates, and assets
Monitor, analyze, and ensure a professional and consistent KMS's brand presence at every touchpoint
Yêu cầu
Qualifications
3+ years of related experience with a focus on creative direction in agency or corporate setting
Vast experience with developing vision, concept, message platform, and overseeing material production
Proven extensive experience in creating integrated content across all marketing channels ranging from digital, social media, paid media, mobile to offline and print
Highly skilled in project management and multitasking
