Job Description:
We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Creative Planner to join our dynamic marketing agency specializing in event planning, activations, and social media campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative and impactful plans that align with client objectives, ensuring the delivery of exceptional creative solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life and drive successful campaigns across various platforms.
Job Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
Develop creative strategies and concepts for events, activations, and social media campaigns that align with client goals and brand identity.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend forecasting to identify opportunities for innovation.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, objectives, and target audience.
Creative Development:
Brainstorm and ideate unique, engaging, and executable creative ideas for campaigns.
Translate client briefs into compelling creative proposals and presentations.
Work closely with the creative team (designers, copywriters, producers) to ensure the seamless execution of ideas.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with
account managers,
project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Provide clear direction and feedback to internal teams to ensure the creative vision is achieved.
Innovation & Trends:
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in event planning, activations, and social media.
Continuously explore new ways to enhance creativity and deliver cutting-edge solutions for clients.
Job Requirements:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a creative planning, strategy, or similar role within a marketing agency or creative environment.
Proven track record of developing successful campaigns for events, activations, and social media.
Skills & Competencies:
Exceptional creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong strategic planning and conceptualization abilities.
Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
