Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls, and tickets without compromising on service standards
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve + excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Handle disputes, complaints and provide appropriate, timely and realistic solutions within the time limits
Keep records of customer interactions and do reporting to supervisor
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Support Team leader build build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
Yêu cầu
Preferable 1 year of experience with e-commerce or logistics industry
Customer-first attitude and ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Knowledge in courier service operations is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as a team
Good level of computer literacy; Familiar with Zendesk platform.
Ability to adapt, prioritize and thrive in a fast moving environment
Prior experience with a start-up, customer service, good English will be a huge plus
