Mô tả công việc

We're looking for a skilled and motivated Software Engineer to join our Product team and help us take our Customer Data Platform (CDP) to the next level. In this role, you'll be deeply involved in building and evolving the platform:
Design and implement scalable data pipelines to integrate data from various sources, including email, web, mobile, POS transactions, and CRM systems.
Develop and maintain both real-time and batch data processing systems using AWS services such as Amazon Kinesis, AWS Lambda, and AWS Glue.
Perform ETL processes to build unified customer profiles, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Monitor and optimize the performance and availability of the Customer Data Platform (CDP) using AWS CloudWatch and other observability tools.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Data Scientists, and other stakeholders to define requirements and deliver features that enhance customer experience and marketing effectiveness.
Work closely with DevOps and Security teams to ensure compliance with the AWS Well-Architected Framework and security standards.
Stay up to date with the latest AWS services and best practices to continuously improve the platform.

Yêu cầu

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience as a Software Engineer, with a focus on Data Engineering or Cloud Computing.
Proficient in programming languages such as Python and [protected info]
Hands-on experience with AWS services including but not limited to: Amazon S3, DynamoDB, Lambda, Glue, Kinesis, SQS, Serverless Stack, Cloud Observation Tools, Step Functions, RDS, and Data Lake.
Solid understanding of ETL processes and database design.
Experience with serverless architecture and managed services to ensure high availability and fault tolerance.
Strong knowledge of cloud security best practices, including IAM policies, VPC endpoints, and data encryption.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and proficient in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as AWS CDK or Terraform.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to design and troubleshoot distributed systems.
Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) or similar technologies.
AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Data Analytics - Specialty).
