I. JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a highly capable Senior Developer with strong hands-on software development, problem-solving, communication, and client collaboration skills.
This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who can independently deliver high-quality solutions, contribute to technical discussions, work effectively with international clients, and support successful project delivery in an outsourcing environment.

The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in Python, JavaScript, and TypeScript, with the ability to work across backend and frontend systems at Senior level.
II. REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, including experience working at Senior Developer level
- Strong hands-on experience with Python and solid experience with JavaScript and TypeScript
- Strong experience in backend development and practical experience with modern frontend development
- Good understanding of software architecture, system design, object-oriented design, and scalable application development
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, [protected info], or Vue
- Experience designing, developing, and integrating RESTful APIs
- Working knowledge of relational or NoSQL databases, automated testing, Git, and code review practices
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills; able to work independently on complex tasks
- Good English communication skills, able to discuss requirements and technical solutions with international customers
- Strong teamwork, ownership, and time-management skills in Agile delivery environments
- Experience working in outsourcing or multi-project environments is preferred
Nice to Have:
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized environments
- Experience with microservices architecture
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, etc.)
- Experience working with high-scale or enterprise systems
- Ability to support pre-sales activities or technical proposal discussions with customers
