- Ensure accurate costing is provided to customer within the deadlines; keeping in mind the department KPI targets on EPM
- Ensure all the developments are done correctly and timely.
- Make sure sample capacity is booked as per the customer requirement.
- Ensure all the samples and developments are on track to meet OTT.
- Monitor teams day to day activities and escalate potential issues from development stage to immediate supervisor in a timely manner.
- Communicate/get relevant information to keep all parties updated in timely manner.

Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's Degree in Garment Industry, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply chain management or related fields.
- Knowledge in Garment Manufacturing Process, Merchandising Manual, Customers' requirement, and Logistics
- English-Spoken and Written skills
- MS-Office skills
- Negotiation skills
- Time Management skills
- Problem solving skills, customer service skills
