1. Lead the development of high-quality, impactful, and scalable products and systems to achieve business goals.
2. Cloud and System Management Responsibilities (GCP) :
Manage Cloud Services
Administer virtual machines, container services, databases, storage solutions, and other cloud resources
Ensure optimal performance, high availability, scalability, and robust security across all cloud environments
Implement and maintain comprehensive backup and disaster recovery solutions
Infrastructure Optimization
Monitor and optimize data center costs
Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and implement infrastructure improvements
Establish and automate access management policies for cloud services
3. Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
Maintain and develop IaC scripts and templates
Enhance configuration management tools and processes
Implement automation for consistent and reliable infrastructure deployment
4. Collaborate closely with
engineering managers and engineers across multiple platforms and domains
5. Support to recruit, develop, and retain exceptional engineering talent who excel in innovative, user-focused, fast-paced environments.
6. Establish and maintain high engineering standards for your team regarding quality practices, delivery speed, architecture, design, and code quality, with clear measurable goals
7. Contribute to the improvement and scaling of the engineering organization by mentoring engineers, sharing technical knowledge, industry best practices, and leadership skills
1. Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform.
2. Familiarity with DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering.
3. Have experience with Kubernetes . Having CKA Lisence is Plus.
4. Have experience with system design.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Has team collaboration awareness, able to work cooperatively with team members. Experience in Scrum is a plus.
7. Good communication skills and logical thinking/judgment abilities.
8. Proactive and self-motivated to learn.
9. Possesses or is willing to learn multiple languages (including Chinese, English, Vietnamese) to effectively communicate with the team.
