Mô tả công việc
Design, deploy, and manage infrastructure across domestic platforms and public cloud providers (Azure, AWS, GCP), including compute, networking, storage, databases, and IAM.
Manage and operate on-premises infrastructure, including physical/virtual servers (VMware, Proxmox, Hyper-V), internal networking, backup, and disaster recovery.
Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or equivalent tools to automate infrastructure provisioning.
Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines (build, test, deploy) and manage development, staging, and production environments.
Perform day-to-day system operations (SysOps), including monitoring, alerting, incident response, log management, backup & restore, patching, and access management.
Deploy and optimize containerized workloads using Docker, Kubernetes, or managed services such as AKS, EKS, GKE, ECS, or Cloud Run.
Ensure system reliability by defining SLOs, handling production incidents, conducting post-mortems, and driving continuous improvements.
Monitor and optimize cloud costs through right-sizing, reserved/spot instances, and resource cleanup.
Implement infrastructure security best practices, including secrets management, least-privilege access, network security, and server hardening

Yêu cầu
3-4 years of hands-on experience as a DevOps Engineer, SysOps Engineer, or Cloud Engineer, with responsibility for production environments.
Strong practical experience with at least two of the following cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, and GCP. Hands-on deployment and operations experience is required; certifications alone are not sufficient. Willingness to work with domestic cloud providers is a plus.
Experience managing on-premises or private cloud infrastructure, including virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox), basic network administration, and backup & recovery.
Strong Linux administration skills, including system management, networking, and shell scripting.
Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, Bicep, or CloudFormation.
Proven experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
Proficiency with Docker and hands-on experience deploying or operating Kubernetes in production environments.
Hands-on experience with monitoring and alerting tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, or similar, with a proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve production incidents.
Strong scripting skills in Bash and Python (or equivalent) to automate infrastructure management and operational tasks.
