The Job
About the Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced DevOps/Infra Engineer to join our team and help build, maintain, and optimize our cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines. Our platform serves millions of users globally through mission-critical systems that require high availability and exceptional performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on automation, reliability, and operational excellence, understanding that every infrastructure decision directly impacts our users' experience and the business's success.
- Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (primarily AWS and Terraform)
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for reliable and frequent deployments
- Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions
- Drive operational excellence through automation, documentation, and process improvement
- Collaborate with development teams to improve system reliability and performance
- Lead incident response and post-mortem analyses
- Implement security best practices and maintain compliance requirements
- Mentor team members on infrastructure and operational best practices
Your Skills and Experience
What you need to be successful
- Good English communication, both verbal and written
- 4+ years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and IaC (Terraform)
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash)
- Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (ECS/ Kubernetes)
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
- Solid understanding of networking, security, and system administration
- Track record of improving system reliability and operational efficiency
