Senior Die and Mold Design Engineer

Degree/ Qualification
● University graduate majoring in engineering & Foreign expert
Experience
● Over 5 years of experience and currently working in the field of designing big-sized stamping dies for car chassis and frame parts or large-size plastic injection mold design for vehicle
● Have directly designed large-sized stamping dies for machines over 800T, the type of stamping dies with a castting die base structure or have directly designed large plastic injection mold sizes for vehicel's parts such as front bumpers, rear bumpers of automobiles
● Ability to analyze and evaluate the feasibility of product for stamping dies/ plastic products and prepare FCR, DFM reports
● Ability to analyze and divide the process sequence in a stamping die/mold set reasonably
● Proficient in 2D and 3D design software (NX, Autocad...).
● Proficient in CAE software to analyze and simulate stamping dies/plastic flow (Autoform, Dynaform,...)
● Understand the capabilities of CNC, Wirecut, and Measuare machining machines to serve the design
