Mô tả công việc
- Manage strategic channels to bring good performance, ability implementation and set up ads on all channels. Effectively control strategies need to be prioritized according to set performance goals.
- Plan and monitor the implementation of all performance advertising strategic activities (mobile applications and website) through display advertising channels, affiliate marketing, media...
- Manage and set up performance advertising strategies and branding on channels: Facebook Ads, Google Adword, Adnet work, CPD, Social Media, TVC, OOH...
- Work based on the given budget and achieve committed target KPI, keeping CAC at an optimal level.
- Manage and liaise with multiple suppliers and third parties to achieve KPI targets.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing strategies and evaluate according to targets (ROI & KPI).
- Identify trends and detail information, optimize spend and performance based on the detail information.
- Ability to analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of strategics brought in by users from many channels.
- Monitor anti-fraud reports in advertising strategy and take coordinated actions with third parties to monitor and minimize fraud in digital marketing strategies.
- Plan and create small-scale A-B testing strategies to better optimal advertising strategy.
- Proposing new digital channels has the potential to effectively bring in new users.
Yêu cầu
- Priority is given to candidates with experience working in the field of Digital Performance (at least 2 years), have experienced implementing performance strategies in the fields of e-commerce, cryptocurrency online-travel, mobile-gaming...
- Proficient in using Digital Ads platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Twitter Ads, Tiktok Ads, other display networks...
- Experience in managing conversion advertising strategies.
- Have basic understanding of running in - app ads and App Store Optimization (ASO) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
- Experience in measuring and optimizing platform integration (for mobile applications and websites) with third parties (for example: Google, Facebook, Sizmek, Appsflyer).
- Understand and be creative in identifying target audiences and devising digital strategics that attract the most users.
- Good understanding of mobile attribution tools (example: Appsflyer Protect 360).
- Have basic understanding of setting up and optimizing Google Analytics, Tagmanager goal & event...
- Proficient in using tools: Similarweb, Ahref, Semrush, Google data studio, Power Bi...
- Strong analytical skills and thinking on the data.
- Update latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Being able to create meaningful reports by using tools such as Google Data Studio + Power Bi would be a plus.
- Experience in handling and deal agreement about buy advertising with third parties will be an advantage.
- Required to be able to communicate in basic English or better.
- Ability to multiple task and manage time well.
- Confident communication, good teamwork, enthusiasm in work and not afraid to learn ask, innovate.
