Develop and Implement a Comprehensive E-commerce Business Strategy
Plan and execute overall development strategies for e-commerce channels (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.) to achieve revenue and sustainable growth targets.
Analyze market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to propose appropriate product, pricing, promotion, and advertising strategies.
Guide and optimize product portfolio management and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure adequate inventory control and effective pricing policies.
Manage E-commerce Store Operations
Oversee store operations on e-commerce platforms, ensuring product information and promotional activities are accurate and timely.
Monitor business performance through key metrics such as GMV, conversion rates, ad costs, and ROAS.
Propose and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
Plan and Oversee Advertising Campaigns
Develop synchronized advertising plans across e-commerce platforms and social media to boost sales and brand awareness.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize advertising campaigns based on real data to achieve the best return on investment (ROI).
Business Performance Reporting and Analysis
Proactively prepare and analyze both regular and ad-hoc business reports.
Provide strategic improvement recommendations based on data analysis.
Participate in setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for the department to ensure effective goal achievement.
