- Coordinate with the O&M contractor to develop and implement preventive maintenance (PM) programs for all electrical equipment
- Plan and supervise scheduled outages and major electrical overhauls and electrical equipment maintenance related activities
- Oversee daily operation of 500 kV, MV, and LV systems, including generators, transformers, switchgear, protection relay & control system, UPS/batteries, EDGs, and auxiliary systems
- Manage and procurement of spare parts strategy to minimize lead times and optimize inventory
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective/preventive actions
- Review and approve ITPs and method statements, coordinate with OEMs/vendors, EPC contractors for technical support and warranty matters
- Liaise with NSMO (A0), EVN, EVNNPT, PTC3 regarding grid related coordination and grid compliance matters
- Plan and implement condition based maintenance using diagnostic techniques (thermography, PD testing, oil analysis, IR testing, etc.)
- Plan and coordinate implementation of Plant modification work (PMW) related activities
- Develop long term CAPEX plans for refurbishment, life extension, and replacements
- Evaluate and recommend equipment upgrades/retrofits to improve reliability, efficiency, and compliance
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
- Around 10 years of experience in electrical O&M at a thermal/coal-fired power plant, EVN transmission/substation
- Strong knowledge of HV/MV systems, switchgear, power transformers, protection & control system
- Understanding of local and international standards
- Familiarity with Vietnamese Electricity Law, EVN/EVNNPT grid codes, and QCVN standards
- Proficiency in English
- Understanding of EPC contract, design basis, specification, schematics & wiring diagrams, O&M manuals, testing records
- Basic understanding of project documents such as PPA, BOT, CTA
- Basic techno-commercial knowledge of engineering and asset management

• Working time: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, from Monday to Friday.
