We are recruiting Candidates as "Senior Engineer or Engineering Leader" for Electrical and Instrumentation & Control Design for Industrial Plant.
The successful candidate will carry out engineering for E&I work related to Industrial Plant such as Energy from Waste Plant as below described:
The successful candidate will implement both Electrical and Instrumentation & Control Design.
1) Planning, design and review of standard, specification, drawing related to Electric design of Industrial Plant
2) Planning and design of the electrical power generation, receiving and distribution system from/to the city grid.
3) Design and selection of Generator, Transformer, Switch Gear (Electric Panel), and distribution system from Switch Gear to each units/ machinery/equipment of the industrial plant.
4) Calculation of capacity (input kVA) after summarizing the power consumption of each units/ machinery/equipment of the industrial plant etc.
5) Calculation of Electrical cable's length and size, conduit size, cable rack/duct size and making single
line diagram.
6) Planning and design the electric cable route.
7) Planning, design and reviewing of loading data as follow;
+ Foundation of electrical equipment
+ Penetration hole of building wall/floor for cableway
+ Panel layout and cable pit drawing
+ Weight and heat loss of electrical equipment
+ Reviewing other section's drawing
8) Creation of BOQ list.
9) Making inquiry specification of purchased items related to electrical items.
10) To review Vendor information (drawing, specification, procedure, etc.)
11) Procurement of electrical equipment inside the plant and supply to the site of construction work.
12) SV work for electrical construction and commissioning at sites.
1) Planning, design and review of standard, specification, drawing related to Instrumentation and Control design of Industrial Plant
2) Planning and design of the integrated Instrumentation & Control system configuration.
3) Design and selection of DCS (Distributed Control System), CEMS (Continuous Emission Monitoring System), PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) Panel, CCTV (Closed-circuit Television) System, field instruments (such as transmitter, temperature sensor) and control valves of the industrial plant.
4) Calculation of Instrumentation & Control cable's length and size, conduit size, cable rack/duct size.
5) Planning and design the Instrumentation & Control cable route combined with Electric cable route.
6) Planning and design the Instrumentation works such as installation of instruments and panels, impulse tubing, instrument air piping, etc.
7) Making instrument list, cable schedule and hookup.
8) Making drawings and documents for DCS programming such as open/closed loop control logic diagram, I/O list, etc.
9) Planning, design and reviewing of loading data as follow;
+ Foundation of Instrumentation & Control equipment

+Panel layout and cable pit drawing
+ Weight and heat loss of Instrumentation & Control equipment
+ Reviewing other section's drawing

12) To review Vendor information (drawing, specification, procedure, etc.)
13) Procurement of Instrumentation & Control equipment inside the plant and supply to the site of construction work.
14) SV work for Instrumentation & Control construction and commissioning at sites.
In addition to carrying out the above job, leading E&I team as "Senior Engineer or Engineering Leader" while coordinating it with Client, Hitachi Zosen Corporation, Job partners, the other engineering disciplines, Vendors. The example is indicated as follows;
1) To Prepare E&I execution schedule, a labor hour estimation and define aspects of E&I activities as Senior Engineer or Engineering Leader"
2) Site supervising at construction site of EfW plant upon the necessities.

Yêu cầu
- Male or female with minimum 10 years working experience as plant E&I engineer. (15 years and more experience is preferred)
- Understanding Process Flow Diagram (PFD) and Process & Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID)
- Understanding the protocol between PLC (Program Logic Control) and DCS (Distributed Control Station)
- Experience in leading job-related team as leader or manager
- One who has the experience of supervising work at construction site is preferred.
- Project Management experience is preferred.
- Knowledge and several years working experience in 3D-CAD (PDMS is especially preferred).
- Familiarization of international design and material code related to E&I
- Willing to go overseas construction site (incl. Middle-East, South East Asia etc.) for training and working
(from 3 months to 1 year)
- Graduation of university major in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation & Control Engineering or
equivalent,
- Good command of English. Japanese is preferred.
- Good communication skills: Group discussion, work well with a team environment.
- Must be enthusiastic, Faithfull, self-motivated and earnest
- We prefer the person has a strong sense of responsibility and have ability to lead young engineer
- Strong will to comply with law and regulation is required.
- Applicants having sufficient knowledge of ISO 9001 is preferable.
