Mô tả công việc
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Coordinate with Planning team, Design team in event project pitchings and execution.
2. Get brief from clients, join the brief meeting and assist Planning team to build proposal.
3. Building estimated cost, quotation for proposal proposed by Planning team.
4. Along with Project Manager and Planner to work with clients in order to adjust, develop proposal after winning a pitch.
5. Manage project efficiently and effectively (timeline, venue, manpower, suppliers, budget, legal obligation, accounting documents, event accessories..)
6. Setting up, rehearsing and coordinating suppliers, handling client queries and troubleshooting on the day of the event to ensure that all runs smoothly;
7. Post event evaluation: Data collection, data analysis, liquidation, team review meeting and making reports for event-stakeholders.
8. Researching event markets to update event knowledge

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Having experience as event executive in a recognized event agency.
- Good command of English and computer skills.
- Excellent organization skills
- Ability to eye-on-detail
- Event project management experience
- Logical thinking with analytical skill, creative mind-set;
- Able to handle pressure under tight deadline
- Flexible time, willing to travel
