Mô tả công việc
Work closely with relevant stakeholders to identify and analyse related business processes and workflows;
Develop a clear and detailed process maps as well as written procedures;
Participate in the problem resolution;
Research and conduct site observations to identify the equipment, methods, and personnel needed for effective processes;
Oversee the execution of of such designed processes, including standardisation;
Identify metrics/KPIs to monitor process performance and continue improve process as an ongoing basis;
Assess business requirements and make evidence-based recommendations to support process improvements;
Examine emerging business best practices and technological developments that can help to automate and streamline processes to help businesses perform more efficiently;
Yêu cầu
Experience in business process modelling and/or business analysis;
Strong skill in process mapping and writing abilities to produce high quality documentation;
Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to analyse business processes and workflows;
Logical and structured thinking, good problem solving skills with great attention to details;
Interpersonal and communication skill with technical competency;
Aptitude for data analysis and great business acumen;
Knowledge of BPMN is a Must;
Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma is a Plus.
