3. Client Relationship Management
Support senior sales in managing day-to-day institutional client needs and requests
Distribute timely research and market updates to clients

4. Sales Strategy & Execution
Support in developing and executing sales' strategies
Promote products such as market updates, research reports, block deals, and trading ideas/investment opportunities to clients

1. Education
Bachelor's degree from a well-regarded institution in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related fields
Must hold or be willing to obtain a valid SSC Broking License
Additional certifications/coursework in financial markets would be a plus
2. Experience
3-5 years of experience in institutional sales, equity research, client servicing, or capital markets role
Prior exposure to institutional clients or equity markets is highly preferred
3. Skills & Competencies
Solid knowledge of Vietnam stock market and macro trends
Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
Solid communication and presentation skills (both verbal and written)
Excellent in English (verbal and writing)
Knowledge of relevant programs such as MS Office (i.e. PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI, etc.), data providers (i.e. Fiinpro, Bloomberg, etc.) is a major plus
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure
