Senior Executive, Regulatory Reporting and Financial Accounting

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
1. Regulatory reporting
• To handle all regulatory and statutory reporting requirements for State Bank of Vietnam, Bank Negara Malaysia including daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually reports.
• To review key ratios of financial compliance to regulatory and/or internal policies; and timely escalate to line manager/ Head of Finance for any potential breach
• To produce high quality and accurate reports within prescribed timelines to ensure zero penalty charges by regulators are incurred
• To be the key support on producing Capital Adequacy ratio reports, financial statements when it comes to financial year end.
2. Financial Accounting and Fixed Asset Management
• To provision calculation following to SBV standards and reconciliation (Nostro, Collaterals, other items....)
• To perform GL booking and advise GL booking accordingly
• To co-ordinate and support the business front end on matters relevant to accounting and manual entries to GL module;
• To be responsible for fixed asset accounting and reporting, which includes timely and accurate capitalization of assets, change of assets' useful life and disposal of fixed assets.
3. Project Coordination
• Assist with the introduction of new products and services by the Bank through the consideration of accounting standards and any other statutory considerations that may be relevant.
• Join as a key member of the projects leaded by Finance department;
4. Any others duties as assigned by Line Manager.
