Job Objective
As a strategic lead, the Corporate Brand Expert plays a pivotal role in shaping MAG's brand vision and long-term positioning.
- Building Masterise Group's brand strategy in line with the long-term development strategy of ecosystem
- Developing a brand targeting the public and employees to strengthen emotional connection, brand love, improve brand health (BEI), and foundation activities to increase brand value.
- Responsible for Masterise Group's brand management to ensure uniformity in the implementation of brand positioning at the whole line and enhance brand value.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand strategy and governance framework
- Build and implement a brand management framework to enhance brand value based on research to identify,
manage and monitor key drivers to promote brand value.
- Develop brand strategy framework, brand architecture, brand manifesto, brand guidelines
- Conduct training and ensure the deployment of brand governance framework across the group
- Develop plans, budget planning and resource allocation for brand initiatives.
2. Brand development
- Create, build and spread brand position to customers, transform brand position into inspiring activities/brand platform so that customers understand, believe and live up to the purpose that Masterise Group envisions.
- Plan and provide guidance on branding development for entities/subsidiaries to be in line with Masterise Group strategy framework
- Build and implement a Continuous Brand Presence (Always-On) to increase brand awareness and brand identity across all touchpoints
- Develop and implement periodic brand activities programs to increase special connection with key/priority customers; sponsorship activities, brand events, create highlights in communication plans, themed brand
campaigns.
- Organize creative design production for brand activities; manage all brand assets for corporate communication.
Yêu cầu
- University or higher.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in brand management.
- Have professional knowledge in brand development, building communication and advertising plans (media), preferably in FMCG, Real Estate industry, MNC companies, multinational advertising agencies.
- Foreign Language: English, TOEIC (605 - 780).
