Responsible for assisting the
Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional service quality, guest satisfaction, and adherence to hotel standards. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding dining experience
Yêu cầu
Supervise, support, and assign tasks to the service team during each shift.
Ensure the restaurant area is always clean, organized, and well-prepared for service.
Monitor service quality, food and beverage presentation, and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOP).
Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
Assist in training and guiding new team members, maintaining a positive and cooperative team spirit.
Coordinate closely with the Kitchen and Bar teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
Manage inventory, tools, and equipment to ensure proper setup and availability.
Support the Restaurant Manager in preparing shift reports, revenue summaries, and service improvement proposals.
Maintain professional grooming and behavior, adhering to the hotel's standards and policies.
