Mô tả công việc
I. Purpose of the Job:
Ensure the profitability and long-term building of businesses of SEKO's products and services by identifying and selling to prospects customer; maintaining relationships with existing clients.
II. Scope of work:
Business development: contribute to the Sales team strategy and performance, in line with the Company strategy and objective. Meets individual assigned target for profitable sales volume and strategic objective.
Account Management: Ensure the development and maintenance of customer relationship and high customer satisfaction.
New Business: Ensure identification and targeting of prospect customer, in line with department and Company strategy, in order to close new profitable business and increase sales revenue.
Management information: Gather, consolidate report management information within department related to performance as well as opportunity pipeline. Collaborate with and coordinate across diverse teams.
III. Roles & Responsibilities
• Developing the Air, Ocean & Road freight sales ensuring increased GP per customer
• Responsible for selling Freight Forwarding services for Imports and Exports and value-added services
• Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through cold-calling and emailing and securing new business
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and clients
• Work alongside the operations team keeping informed of client plans and challenges being faced
• Frequently visiting, meeting potential/existing customers.
• Advising customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications.
• Liaising with other internal departments whenever needed.
• Providing bi-weekly/monthly pipeline report to direct manager.
Yêu cầu
IV. Skill & Competency
• Ability to read, write and speak English & local language fluently.
• Background in Freight Forwarding/Shipping and Logistics (3 years + as sales)
• Experience in Air, Ocean & Road freight sales preferred
• Good knowledge of European and US markets preferred
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Commercially minded
• IT literate including CRM Salesforce, Microsoft Office pack and ideally Cargo Wise
