Senior Finance & Accounting Manager _ Manufacturing

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead financial accounting, general ledger management, and statutory reporting in compliance with Vietnamese regulations.
Oversee manufacturing costing, cost allocation, and variance analysis to improve cost efficiency.
Manage tax compliance, tax planning, tax refund applications, and related dealings with tax authorities.
Direct annual budgeting, financial forecasting, cash flow monitoring, and financial performance analysis.
Ensure timely and accurate financial statements under VAS and IFRS, including group consolidation.
Coordinate external audits, tax inspections, and regulatory matters.
Strengthen accounting processes, ERP systems, and internal control frameworks.
Lead and develop the finance and accounting team.
Oversee corporate and factory registration matters and other relevant regulatory filings.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; an Accounting Practitioner Certificate is required.
At least 8 years of experience in finance and accounting, including 3 years in a similar leadership role within manufacturing.
Strong expertise in manufacturing cost accounting, taxation, financial reporting, and consolidation.
Good knowledge of VAS, IFRS, Vietnamese tax laws, and statutory regulations.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Strong analytical, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Experience in an accounting or auditing firm is an advantage.
