Mô tả công việc
To support month-end closing activities, financial analysis, Tax reporting, Tax compliance, Statutory reporting and Year-end audit. This position reports to Country
Finance Manager.
What You'll Do
1. Support month-end closing activities
• Consolidate and provide data for month-end journals posting.
• Check expenses and perform the financial analysis for costs fluctuation.
• Coordinate with cross functions to clarify the unusual expenses.
• Complete consolidation and release the report to FM.
2. Tax Reporting & Tax Compliance
• Work with EY and relevant functions to perform the monthly/quarterly/yearly VAT/FCT/CIT filling.
• Perform Tax reconciliation
• Liaise with Tax officers to complete Tax requirements
• Get consult from EY/Region Tax and relevant counterparts to ensure the Tax compliance for UPSVN.
3. Statutory Reporting and support on Year-End Audit
• Support Finance Manager on the statutory reporting.
• Provide data and VAS GAAP adjustment to GAC for completing the statutory books on quarterly basis.
• Together with FM to perform the Year-End Audit and follow up with Auditors for FS completion.
4. Perform ad-hoc requirement from Country Finance Manager

Your Skills & Requirements
• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Finance & Accounting.
• At least 2 years related work experience.
• Information Systems Knowledge in Oracle, Ms Access, Ms Excel....Computer literate.
• Good background on General Accounting, Tax and Statutory Reporting.
• Good English communication.
• Dynamic, teamwork and willing to learn, to develop.
• Work independently.
• Good problem-solving skills with effective written and verbal communication.
• Confidence, trustworthy, customer-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in volume driven and service-oriented industry is preferred, example express, logistic, transportation, retail or any service industry
