POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join a multinational manufacturing company.
The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in a manufacturing plant environment, with solid expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Financial Reporting, Management Reporting, and manufacturing financial performance analysis.
This position requires a strong understanding of factory operations, production cost structures, and financial management within a manufacturing organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and analyze financial reports, management reports, budgets, and financial forecasts.
Perform financial planning and analysis (FP&A) to support business planning and management decision-making.
Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs, operating expenses, inventory, and overall plant financial performance.
Conduct budget versus actual analysis, variance analysis, and profitability assessments.
Collaborate closely with Plant Management, Production, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to improve financial efficiency and cost control.
Provide financial insights, performance analysis, and recommendations to support operational and strategic decisions.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance of financial data and reporting.
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to financial processes, reporting, and cost optimization.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Financial Analysis, or Financial Reporting.
MANDATORY: Strong hands-on Finance or Accounting experience working directly within a manufacturing plant or factory environment.
Must have a solid understanding of manufacturing operations, production processes, factory cost structures, and plant financial performance.
Strong expertise in FP&A, Financial Reporting, Management Reporting, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Variance Analysis.
Experience in manufacturing cost analysis, production cost monitoring, inventory analysis, and financial performance evaluation.
Solid knowledge of Vietnam Accounting Standards (VAS), accounting principles, and financial compliance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ERP experience is an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
English proficiency at intermediate level or above.
Experience in multinational manufacturing companies is highly preferred.
Candidates with only external audit or audit firm experience, without direct in-house manufacturing finance experience, will not be considered.
