1. CEO Performance Reporting (Core)
* Deliver a monthly Management Pack, including:
- P&L by business line
- Profitability analysis for key projects/contracts and major
customers/routes
- KPI and cost-driver analysis (fuel, maintenance, subcontractors,
productivity, logistics, losses/variances)
- Budget vs Actual vs Forecast variance analysis with action plans
* Maintain a simple CEO dashboard (Excel/Power BI optional)
2. Business Line FP&A (EPC/GC & Trading/Distribution)
* EPC/GC: Track project performance (margin-at-completion, progress vs plan,
variation orders/claims). Standardize monthly review formats with Project
Directors/PMs.
* Trading/Distribution: Track performance by customer/route/delivery
point/shipment, margin performance, cost-to-serve, loss/variance tracking,
pricing discipline. Maintain a monthly trading performance review pack.
3. Monthly Profit Reconciliation & Profit Sharing (Mine Partner)
4. Budgeting & Forecasting
* Lead annual budget and rolling forecast cycles (revenue, margin, OPEX, CAPEX,headcount).
5. Unit Economics & Insights (Cost Driver Focus)
* Build and maintain unit-cost metrics (cost/unit, cost/km, cost/trip, cost/hour,
logistics cost/unit, margin per shipment/lot, EPC cost e
Yêu cầu
Must-have:
- Degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics
- 3-7+ years in FP\&A / management accounting / finance business partnering
- Strong Excel modeling (forecasting, unit economics, pricing models)
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive KPI/reporting discipline
Nice-to-have:
- Power BI/SQL skills
- Job costing, tender pricing
- ERP/accounting systems & data structuring (MISA AMIS is a plus)
- Vietnamese/English for cross-functional coordination
