Mô tả công việc
A. JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- We are seeking a Financial Planning & Analyst
- The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of business operations and business model.
B. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:
a). Accounting
- Managing Month-end closing
- Preparing PnL by months/ by Rus/ by Entities
- Doing monthly report, weekly report and cash-flow forecasting
- Doing Balance sheets reconcile
- GBS coordinator
- Managing and getting familiar with business and operation system (NG, YODA, D365, SAP BI, DOP Planning...)
- Supporting Credit controlling and NVG Project
b). Financial Planning
- Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Developing financial models to support decision-making processes
- Providing guidance and advice on financial matters to senior management
- Analyzing financial statements to identify trends and potential areas of improvement
- Producing detailed financial reports to present to senior management
- Doing the pricing analysis
- Attending financial project
Yêu cầu
C. TECHNICAL SKILLS - PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably a Master Degree in Finance / Accounting. - 4-5 years of experience in business or financial analysis, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing industry
- Proven analytical skills, including mining, evaluation, analysis, and visualization
- Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese languages.
- Excellent analytical skills to prepare reports, charts, and presentations. Financial acumen is preferred
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, with experience in SAP BO, Power BI, D365
- Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills
- Highly motivated with a growth mind-set and the ability to work independently
D. REMUNNERATION:
- Probation: 2 months (100% salary during probation)
- Work location: Huynh Tan Phat, District 7, Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam
