Senior Flutter Developer Dart/ iOS/ Android

• Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications with Flutter
• Define and implement mobile architecture and best practices for scalability and performance
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver features end-to-end
• Ensure high performance, security, and smooth user experience across devices
• Integrate mobile apps with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party SDKs
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitLab or similar) for mobile builds and deployments
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code using Dart and Flutter best practices
• Perform and optimize automated testing (unit, widget, integration)
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior/mid-level developers
• Support the release process into app stores (Google Play, App Store)
• Stay updated with Flutter ecosystem updates and mobile development trends

• 5+ years of professional experience in mobile development, including 3+ years with Flutter
• Solid expertise in Dart and Flutter framework (widgets, state management, navigation, etc.)
• Experience with cross-platform development and platform-specific integrations (iOS/Android)
• Knowledge of native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin/Java) is a strong plus
• Hands-on experience with API integration, authentication flows, and offline storage
• Familiarity with GitLab workflows, Git branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong debugging, profiling, and performance optimization skills
• Experience publishing apps to Google Play and App Store
• Ability to write unit, widget, and integration tests
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional teams
• English level: B2 or higher (for international teamwork and documentation)

Nice to Have

• Experience with Firebase, push notifications, and analytics tools
• Familiarity with clean architecture, DDD, or modular mobile architectures
• Knowledge of DevOps practices for mobile pipelines (Fastlane, Codemagic, or Bitrise)
• Exposure to real-time features (WebSockets, gRPC, streaming)
