ABOUT THE ROLE
As Senior FP&A Analyst, you will be an individual contributor reporting directly to the CEO. The role combines three areas:
FP&A: budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and performance reporting.
Commercial Finance: partnering with business teams to build financial models and manage financial risks.
Finance Transformation: modernizing finance processes through AI and system integration.
As a key strategic partner to the CEO, your insights will directly shape our business performance and capital strategy.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Lead the annual budgeting process and financial forecasts (monthly, quarterly and annual).
Manage cash flow forecasts and liquidity planning, ensuring alignment with the overall financial strategy.
Build and maintain financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic decisions.
Track and analyze key financial and business KPIs, highlighting performance gaps and opportunities.
Prepare monthly performance reports comparing actual results against budget and forecast, with clear analysis and recommendations.
Partner with cross-functional teams to review budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities and improve performance.
Present insights and recommendations directly to the CEO to support strategic and capital decisions.
Drive finance transformation by applying AI and automation to planning, reporting and analysis.
Work with Tech and Accounting to integrate finance systems and ensure data accuracy.
