Senior Front End Developer ReactJS, Redux, SASS/SCSS

The Role:

The incumbent is responsible assisting the HOD of IT or team in the facilitation, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of each project for the business need; while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

The position requires strong attention to detail, Web Front End technical skills, operational task management skills and problem-solving ability.

1. Use markup languages like HTML to create user-friendly web pages
2. Develop and maintain high quality, fully tested source code, complying with coding standard including monitoring and troubleshooting aspect (proper logging, exception handling, load balancing)
3. Design mobile-based features with support of progressive UI
4. Ensure high quality graphic standards and brand consistency
5. Collaborate with back-end developers and web designers to improve UX
6. Optimize applications for maximum performance
7. Provide technical assistance during Integration and User Acceptance Tests
8. Get feedback from, and build solutions for, users and customers
9. Write functional and technical requirements documents and guides
10. Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies
11. Convert normal HTML to reusable component libraries.

1. Possessed a Bachelor's Degree / Diploma / Professional Certificate in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or any IT related field
2. From 7 years - 12 years+ of proven working experience as a Front-end Developer
3. Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
4. Familiarity with browser testing and debugging.
5. Excellent analytical and multitasking skills
6. In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment)
7. Provide suggestion/solutions on client's change request.
8. Flexibility to quickly adjust task priorities for unforeseen changes while following task deadlines.
9. Communicate well with different teams without conflict, especially when it comes to working together to complete task.
10. Hands on experience with frontend technology reactjs, redux, sass/scss, ES5/6, nodejs (nice-to-have)
11. Experience in solving problems like caching, pagination and etc.
12. Knowledgeable on web services and able to integrate API into website.
13. Knowledgeable on mobile responsive approach
14. Familiar with Git Repository
15. Required language(s): Good English communication skills
