Senior FullStack AI Engineer

As a Full Stack AI Engineer, you will develop the user interfaces for and manage the full lifecycles of AI/ML application experiences.

Our global AI, Data & Analytics Division at Renesas is experiencing an increasing demand for AI and Generative AI (LLM) based solutions. Working closely with our business partners, we deliver AI solutions to help drive value for Renesas at a global enterprise scale. Responsibilities

• Build and enhance user interfaces and experiences for AI solutions, including front-end and back-end systems and deploying complete applications.
• Develop and maintain full stack AI/ML applications using Databricks tools and frameworks.
• Collaborate with data scientists and AI/ML engineers, and domain experts on cross-functional projects using Databricks Workspaces.
• Keep up to date with the latest developments and trends in AI/ML applications and Databricks technologies.

Must Have

• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience in the tech industry.
• Strong management skills, including team leadership and cross-functional coordination.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and related project management tools.
• Expertise in system/solution architecture design, with solid knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Ability to create and communicate technical designs using tools like [protected info]
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience working with AI team members, or a strong motivation to learn and collaborate in AI-related projects.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
• Experience with frontend development using React.
• Familiarity with backend technologies, including Python, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL.
