Develop, enhance, and maintain full-stack applications using Java / Spring / Spring Boot on the backend and HTML, CSS, JavaScript / TypeScript (WebSquare) on the frontend.
Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and external systems.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements analysis, system design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following coding standards and best practices.
Develop unit tests, support integration and system testing, and fix defects to ensure software quality.
Optimize application performance, stability, scalability, and backend architecture.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.
Collaborate effectively with team members using tools such as Git, Jira, and Confluence.
Work within CI/CD pipelines and support deployment in containerized and cloud environments.
Support production issues, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis when required.
Yêu cầu

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
At least 5 years of professional software development experience.
Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.
Solid experience with RDBMS such as MySQL or PostgreSQL, including SQL tuning and data modeling.
Hands-on experience in frontend development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript (TypeScript is a plus).
Good understanding of web and mobile application development concepts and architectures.
Experience using Git and standard software development processes.
Knowledge of and experience working with CI/CD pipelines.
Good problem-solving skills, logical thinking, and teamwork mindset.

Experience developing applications using WebSquare.
Experience deploying or operating applications in Kubernetes, AWS, or GCP environments.
Strong understanding of backend system architecture, performance tuning, and optimization.
Experience working in large-scale enterprise or mission-critical systems.
Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in an international team environment.
