We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack
Developer to join our dedicated team working
on a CRM solution for the financial lending sector. This is a long-term, full-time contract
position.
Design, develop, and maintain a secure .NET Core (C#) and ReactJS web application for
financial CRM.
Ensure data security and privacy compliance for handling sensitive financial information.
Implement robust authentication and authorization mechanisms.
Optimize application performance and scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development life cycle.
Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly.
Continuously improve development processes, automation, and DevOps practices.
Perform other tasks as required by management.
Yêu cầu
4+ years of experience in full-stack web development using .NET Core (C#) and ReactJS.
Strong proficiency in C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern web technologies.
Solid understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and asynchronous programming.
Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks.
Knowledge of security principles, data protection, and compliance requirements.
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with cloud hosting, containerization (Docker), and CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of financial services domain and CRM systems.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and test-driven development.
Understanding of performance optimization techniques and load testing.
Good health and willingness to work the night shift.
Ability to work independently and demonstrate sound judgment under high stress and time critical deadlines.

JOB DETAILS:
Employment type: Full-time (Night shift).
+ Candidates may choose between remote work (requiring self-provision of a work PC) or on-site work at the company (with a fully equipped workstation provided).
+ Candidates who can work full-time at the office or in a hybrid model will be given preference.
Industry: Financial services in the US market (No insurance, No lending).
Working hours: 4 fixed hours (10:00 AM - 2:00 PM California time, equivalent to 01:00 AM - 5:00 AM Vietnam time), with the remaining 4 hours being flexible as determined by the management, 5 days/ week.
