What You'll Do

Build & scale: Develop and maintain modern web applications using React, [protected info], [protected info], and jQuery.

Architect & optimize: Design, build, and fine-tune backend services and APIs with [protected info], Go, and PHP.

Lead with impact: Guide a team of 5+ developers, driving technical decisions and ensuring code quality through reviews and mentoring.

Innovate at scale: Shape system architecture and design patterns for large-scale, high-performance products.

Solve real problems: Work with cross-functional teams to translate complex client needs into reliable, scalable solutions.

Own the craft: Debug, troubleshoot, and continuously improve performance, security, and usability.

Stay ahead: Keep an eye on emerging technologies and share insights to raise the bar across the team.

What We're Looking For

6+ years of fullstack development experience, including 2+ years leading a team (5+ members).

Frontend mastery: Proficient in React, [protected info], [protected info], and jQuery.

Backend expertise: Strong in [protected info], Go, PHP; experienced with design patterns and scalable system architecture.

Cloud & infrastructure: Familiar with AWS, GCP, Azure; strong understanding of CDN services like Cloudflare, CloudFront, Akamai.

Database versatility: Skilled in SQL and NoSQL systems.

Soft skills that shine: Fluent English communication, sharp problem-solving, and a detail-oriented mindset.

Bonus points: Understanding of networking, OS internals, and system fine-tuning.
