This job refers to our Real Estate brands, and , the largest real estate portals in Switzerland, with more than 15 million visits per month and more than 100,000 listings. We provide all users looking for a property with a transparent overview of the entire range of listings without them having to tediously visit different platforms. In addition to great products such as the mortgage or price calculator, we also offer editorial articles on topics such as housing and financing.
We are looking for a Senior Full stack Engineer for the Developer Experience (DevX) Team at SMG Real Estate, with a strong Frontend background. DevX is responsible for providing both the tools our development teams use to manage the lifecycle of our product and the experience of using them. You will get to collaborate and access the wealth of knowledge and experience from a community of amazing engineers who come from all parts of the globe and are ready to share their expertise and aid you in your path to fulfilling your potential.

Your Mission:
Work with our engineers to understand the challenges they face and how to improve their experience.
Leverage your own knowledge and experience to help understand how to deliver the best engineering platform and tooling, improving the productivity and satisfaction of our teams.
Help define processes, frameworks, and best practices for development.
Support DevX's Frontend engineers and work together with our Frontend Guild to understand our needs, develop a vision of how to best support them and deliver it as part of our Engineering Platform.
