Senior Garment Technologist

1. Oversee the team in creation of accurate garment construction for seasonal collections - engineered to support different style migration requirements and production capabilities. Support technical teams in fit and construction amendments and participate in the identification and management of risk attributes within garment.
2. Bulk patterns are complete and match the approved fit sample; passed to the factory no later than 1 week after fit approval sign off date and before PPM. Review related risks in development and inform factory prior to Bulk Production in a professional structured manner.
3. All supporting templates and work aids used at sample development stage shared with the factory on or before PPM. Prepare ad relay fit comments to the production and ensure these are accurately executed
4. Assess bonding, moulding, graphic & heat seal parameters during the development stage to handover to the factory a proven stable method that has passed test results and meets company & customer standards. Support TSC pre-production teams with any problems encountered when duplicating PP samples from tech packs
5. Provide Training of technicians, assistant technicians, and sample coordinators in technical expertise to enhance team sustainability. On moulded products, make and sign off cups mock ups for factory standards
