RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts
- Work on the detail art execution
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
- Brainstorm & develop creative ideas and concepts in partnership with other teams
- Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
- Balancing competing priorities and multiple projects
- Work as part of a team with copywriters, designers, stylists, executives etc.
- Keep up to date with popular culture and trends
- Train and manage team members
- Deliver on-time, high-quality and error-free work that gets results
- Ensure work is smart, impactful and brand-centered
- Proof and review design work and check all documents before they are deliver
- Assist on the creative production side when needed and meet with other teams
- Solve team and cross-team problems.
- Maintain the spirit and values of the agency to the team.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Be a Problem Solver with positive "I CAN DO" attitude. April believes experience can be learnt but negative "I CAN NOT DO" attitude will not lead us all far.
- At least 3+ years experience in art and design at advertising or communication agencies, creative agencies.
- Be stable under pressure and have strong sense of urgency.
- Must be effective at multi-tasking, time management, presentations skills, strategic and innovative thinking.
- Good English communication skills.
