The Role: Senior Graphic Designer
We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to shape how complex architectural and urban design ideas are communicated. This role goes beyond graphic production. It requires a designer who can structure information, craft visual narratives, and bring clarity to complex ideas.
You will work closely with architects, planners, and design leaders to translate design thinking into compelling reports, pitch decks, competition submissions, and studio communication systems. The ideal candidate combines clarity of thought, visual discipline, and creative intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Visual Storytelling Leadership
• Translate architectural and urban design ideas into clear and persuasive visual narratives;
• Design high-impact presentations, design reports, and competition submissions;
• Structure content using strong information hierarchy and editorial design principles;
• Transform complex material into elegant diagrams, infographics, and visual frameworks.
2. Communication Systems Design
• Develop design templates and visual systems for:
o Project presentations
o Design reports
o Competition submissions
o Internal communication materials
• Establish clear visual standards across the studio;
• Improve efficiency through well-structured production workflows.
3. Design Thinking Application
• Apply design thinking principles to communication challenges;
• Collaborate with architects to structure clear design narratives;
• Bring strategic thinking to how projects are presented and understood.
4. AI Integration
• Use AI tools to enhance design production, ideation, and workflow efficiency;
• Experiment with emerging technologies that improve design communication and visualization.
