What You'll Do
The specific details of a
senior designer's role will vary depending on the role, but common activities include:
Creating key visuals and designs for various media ( social media content, traditional and digital ads, etc)
Producing attractive and effective designs for all media
Sharing ideas and offering input in creative brainstorming sessions
Helping design creative proposal decks
Making mood board / storyboards
Communicating with senior team members to receive feedback
Liaising effectively with clients and other team members.
Design from concept through production and completion
Create concepts from a clean slate as well as extend established creative concepts
Supporting the team throughout the execution of campaigns and projects
Supporting different departments as needed
Who You Are
BA university degree
Minimum of 3 years experience in the same position
Skilled in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
Fluent in spoken and written English
Motivation to maintain and improve design standards
Professional approach to time, costs, and deadlines
Adeptness with leading design software packages
An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment.
Some creative industry experience
Good organizational skills that support the rest of the team
The willingness to listen to feedback and use it to improve
Accuracy and attention to detail
